A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay
We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 4.5-star Google rating and 11 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.
General Rules
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
Fires are allowed in approved fire pits only.
Speed limit is 5 mph for all vehicles, including golf carts.
Heated water hose is required for monthly guest during winter months.
Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
Campers are responsible for the actions and safety of their guest, including any damages.
Campers are responsible for keeping their sites clean during their stay.
Please do not throw cigarette butts or other trash on the ground.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses of personal property, or losses from any cause.
We reserve the right to evict or ask to leave any camper or visitor, at any time, for failure to observe the rules or for detrimental conduct.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed in bathrooms.
Please keep your pets on a leash at all times.
Be sure to clean up after your pets.
